Crashed and I lost all my work ;-(

Kubuntu 23.10 does not seem to be stable, crashed after about 20 minutes adding information. I can't find any logs or other information that might be helpful.

Was there a certain tool that you were using when the crash happened?

I was using the filled shape tool when it crashed. I had previously added about 30 line, shape and text items to a PNG file when it crashed. I was using 1.2.1-0build2~ubuntu23.10 from the PPA. If there is a way I can debug this, let me know I am happy to help.
