Credentials list not saved between images

When I enter the location of my ssh key files, those locations are loaded with the settings, making it easy to start a new image.

However, the setting "current list of credentials" has an edit, which allow me to enter for example a github token. But that token is not stored by the "Store settings" (and more annoyingly it is not loaded...)

The issue is somewhat related to #1588 - GitHub Rate limiting for CI

Changed location of crediential.fuel to not be image local, but still not loading (or saving)
