Message Browser errors when used as default

If you evaluate StMessageBrowser beDefaultBrowser. in the latest Pharo 13, and try to launch the new message browser from a Calypso browser by clicking senders or implementors of a method, then we have multiple errors related with Calypso scoping system.

These problems were not present some builds ago : https://github.com/pharo-spec/NewTools/pull/841
