[Implementors/Senders] Set debug point in implementors/senders window messes with slider
Bug: Setting a debug point in the new implementors / senders window makes the slider go crazy. Windows resize dramatically. Slider won't follow the mouse. General mayhem ensues.
Reproduction: Open an implementors window and set a debug point. Windows resize and the slider gets goofy.
Workaround: Set a Debug Point in a traditional browser. Screencast:
