`StDebuggerContextInteractionModel` and `SpContextInteractionModel` have the exact same code

Is there any reason why this is the case?

I think that the StDebuggerContextInteractionModel should be removed OR become a subclass of SpContextInteractionModel if my PR to add bindings into the debugger is accepted: #378
