Dependency analyzer: Cannot manually select dependency through UI anymore

When you launch a dependency analysis through Calypso, you might get some dependency that you cannot resolve. They are classified under "Potential dependencies"

In the past we could right click on a potential package and manually declare it as dependency. In P13 this option is not there anymore. I think this is a bug.
