StSettingsApplication should select the first pane when we select a topics

When we click on code browsing we should not see this.

Can we move on and remove the old setting browser. This starts to take too long.

Hernan can you do it and then we remove the old setting browser. And we can clean the dependency to Morphic. We should move on such issues else we will have a system with everything double and a lot of shitty dependencies in our way.
