Cleanup: Usage of "notNil" in Roassal

We have 47 senders of #notNil in Roassal - they should be changed to use #isNotNil as we want to deprecate #notNil later

We opened https://github.com/pharo-graphics/Roassal/issues/19 for that

https://github.com/pharo-graphics/Roassal/issues/19 had been fixed by @akevalion

There is a single one left in Roassal when I check in a fresh Pharo13 image, so I opened https://github.com/pharo-graphics/Roassal/issues/65 which is required to be solved before we can close this issue here
