Can we clean the readme of Pharo and get compilation instruction?

Hi guys

Can we change the readme of the Pharo version to get to the point and make sure that people know how to compile.

Fixed by #480 I think. Unless you want to keep this issue as a perpetual one as readme files can always be improved :)
