Improve the VM manager update behavior

From the Pharo meeting: It is not always easy to understand what the update button is doing, especially when we did not select any VM.

Possibilities:

• Clicking on update with no VM selected could update every VM (asking confirmation?)
• We could have update all on top and little update buttons on the right of each VM line to update one VM?
