Describe the bug An error is occuring "ShouldNotImplement: #add: should not have been implemented in Array" in PhLLaunchConfigurationPresenter>>addInteractiveImageArgument method.

To Reproduce I'm trying but I can't reproduce it yet :S, if I get there i will update this post. The "VM:" select list is empty for my configuration, this is probably the cause of the problem.
