Update in windows should be straigth forward

When downloading a new version of Pharo Launcher in windows, it requires to uninstall and reinstall the application. We should have a better way of performing the update.

it only happens for "dev" version. dev versions are numbered 0.0.0. So, if you already have a Pharo Launcher stable version installed, it is not seen as an upgrade. I do not have a better solution for now.
