Unable to determine image VM version after 1.9-3 update on (Manjaro) Linux 64 bits

Open offray opened this issue 5 years ago • 0 comments

After updating the Pharo Launcher (via yay package manager) on Manjaro Gnu/Linux 64 bits, I'm unable to launch images from it.

This is the current behavior that is unable to launch the image:

  • At launch I get this image:

MessageNotUnderstood: receiver of "basicFileID" is nil

  • Then I get Determining Image version

  • Finally I get a Process timeout window and the Launcher is closed without proper launching of the selected image.

If I install Pharo 7.0.1-1 form yay, using AUR repositories, and then I launch the image via command line, everything works as expected.
