newProcess in ProcessWrapper failed on Windows 10

Every time trying to open a Pharo 8 image by Launcher, it crashes due to a problem with ProcessWrapperPlugin.dll (see screenshot)

This problem occurs after Window 10 update in the night of May 15ht/16th for the following version:

Windows 10 Pro German Version 1809 Build 17763.475

Message 998 in English: Invalid access to a memory area

This is a ProcessWrapper bug. A workaround is to reboot the computer.
