Not refreshing correctly the official distributions

When we update the https://files.pharo.org/pharo-launcher/sources.list file. The pharo launcher says that a new file has been upload (it's good)

BUT,

If you close the pharo launcher and open it again, the new official distributions disappear from the list (except if the "Templates cleared at startup" is check).

Problem on Windows
