Install breaking on Windows

Install breaking on Pharo 6 and 7 on Windows. Assuming linux only but wanting to verify (if windows is supported will post detailed breakage / If not - will look to porting and supporting) Thanks for a very cool project.

I've been using client mode on Windows. I'd be curious to have more details about what is meant by 'install breaking' to try to reproduce the issue.

I think it was the issue with filetree format on windows. Now most of dependencies are migrated to Tonel. So I think it can be closed.
