block collapsing for text editor

It is time that one smalltalk browser has smart number editor that can hide/show blockclosures

Line numbers are already there. Click at "+L" label in the right of status bar.

About collapsing code it should be supported by text editor generally. And Rubric has no such feature. We will have very powerful text editor in future. Then we can add many interesting features.

So maybe you can close this issue because its name is about line numbers which is working? Or rename it to block collapsing if you think I am right with my explanation :)
