[Feature] Propose to open space statistic with a shortkey

The feature is to have this panel when we push a key on a focused space:

The corresponding behavior is:

space enableStatistics.
space showStatisticsWindow

We propose the have the possibility to change the key in the system Settings panel + having the possibility to disable this feature (i.e. in a production phase).
