Pass on Harfbuzz-Cairo support

When HbCairo is enabled in the AeFontManager, and open the Toplo MiniBrowser demo, there is a weird mismatch between the text cursor and the rendered text. Need to investigate more.

I have to review it and merge it. It's a bit broken and state because, these changes were part of trying to fix the "text cut" bug found by Eric/Pierre (https://github.com/pharo-graphics/Bloc/issues/730). But I found a much simpler fix that didn't require this part of the changes. Thanks for the reminder.
