Black display on screen resolution change (External Window)

When we change the resolution of the screen, during the execution of a bloc application, the window become black. For example, open an external window with a bloc application displayed, change the resolution of the screen from 1920x1080 to 1920x1200, the bloc window is black.

Edit : during this test I was on duplicate desktop mode. On screen on my tablet and one screen on a tv (mirroring). This problem not appear when I'm switching my tablet in landscape or portait.

Config :

• Pharo 11 release
• Windows 10
