Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. PDB files may contain insertion codes and this should be handled by PLIP.

Describe the solution you'd like A command line flag to allow the support of insertion codes or a warning to be displayed when insertion codes are found and ignored.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative would be the full support of mmCIF format.
