Tracebility matrix module

So, this idea was inspired by a presentation at R/Pharma this year by Seth Green, who introduced a package called {mpn.scorecard} that takes a lot of ideas from {riskmetric} and {covtracer} (and maybe more pkgs) to align with their internal pkg assessment needs.

Traceability matrix - via {covtracer}, is something that we kind of already have (implicitly) in the "Function Explorer", but not explicitly in a table format to include in the downloadable report. Maybe this is something that we can generate as a new selection in the "Source Explorer" tab and would be a great addition to our report, since the "Package Browser" and "Function Explorer" modules don't export well to a static report.

Would be great if we could hyperlink the "Documentation" card under maintenance metrics directly to this new module so users could explore for more details!

Per discussion on 7/25/24, this works just like codecov, which would require installing the pkg. But we could probably make a "discount" version of this.
