Some systems failed to build for Quicklisp dist

Building with SBCL 2.4.6 / ASDF 3.3.5 for quicklisp dist creation.

Trying to build commit id 14269352daa5b0bc49ed00db78c1fa7c8deb1edb

april-demo.ncurses fails to build with the following error:

Unhandled SIMPLE-ERROR in thread #<SB-THREAD:THREAD tid=1985302 "main thread" RUNNING {1000DC8003}>: Invalid input to monadic ⍸ - all elements of argument must be non-negative integers.
