Recovering a tab when it crashed

Is there a way to recover or instantiate a tab again when it crashed? Whats the value of the tab when it crashed?

Good question. NickJS detects when Chrome itself crashes. (It sets tab.crashed to true for each active tab.)

Do you know of a way to reliably make a tab crash? I've never seen it happen in NickJS so I don't know how to handle it.

Often in my case, i see tab crashing when getting its content using getContent in a LinkedIn Profile Page, but mostly when a proxy is not working.
