Feature request: Phalcon PHP module

Would be nice to be able to include the Phalcon framework PHP module.

The PPA for Ubuntu is available at https://launchpad.net/~phalcon/+archive/ubuntu/stable.

Hi @kristoftorfs that's a good suggestion however I think it might be a bit too specific. I know that Phalcon is slightly different from others because it ships as extension but if we add support for it then we might have to add support also for other frameworks and that soon become hard to manage. Since we know support ansible galaxy though I think we can add a standalone playbook for it maybe.
