Remove Cell.zipFinal

This convenience method does not create dependencies, and is thus problematic. It should be straightforward to come up with a replacement.

This is addressed by PR #50. Note, that it does not seem straightforward to implement zipFinal manually, because the newly created cell does not use the same lattice as in cells it depends on. Given that such dependencies are on the agenda anyway, it is still fine to remove this zipFinal.

After some commits in the master branch, the PR had conflicts. This has now been fixed, it is ready to be merged again.
