Executable/Dll get caught by Defender ASAP being created

Hi,

I tried to execute directly the executable with stager_exe_64.cpp, and the AV detected it before I could even try to execute..

For the dll, I could compile it, but since I used rundll32, a message appear, and the AV blocked it..

Are you aware of this prob? Did I do something wrong?
