The `Statistics` page is not properly linking to the `Users` information

Describe the bug

In the Admin panel, the link for the Users logged on in the past week does not go to the proper page. Clicking on it does not load anything. I believe that the link is just broken since it links to admin/ whereas all other statistics panels link to something like admin/statistics/*.

Steps to reproduce the problem

What were you doing when you encountered the problem?

1. Go to the Admin panel in IRIDA.
2. Click on Users logged on in the past week
3. Nothing happens

Expected behaviour

I expected to be brought to the details page for users logged on.
