A sub-folder feature would help to organize our data better

HI @curfano, would you be able to provide more detail on what your mean by "sub-folder". IRIDA currently doesn't have any concept of "folders" so I am unsure of exactly the enhancement that you are looking for.

Hi,

I guess I mean sub projects? The data is stored by numbered projects, and I was wondering if the data can be divided further into different “projects” or folders under the main project.

Hello @curfano , you can look into Associated Projects in IRIDA (https://phac-nml.github.io/irida-documentation/user/user/project/#associated-projects), which let you group multiple sub-projects under one common project. It's not exactly the same thing but it might help.
