Populate metadata with Quast assembly QC information

Describe your idea for a new feature

It would be nice if the assembly pipeline populated the metadata table with information from Quast on the assembly (number of contigs, N50, etc).

Describe how you would access this feature?

This would be used when someone runs the assembly pipeline and asked the pipeline to write results to the metadata table.
