Add options to preserve some addresses, and map anonymised addresses to private ranges

Sometimes users may only wish to anonymise the source or destination address in a flow, this PR adds options to nfanon to preserve these.

Additionally users may wish to easily identify anonymised addresses, this PR adds an option that will map anonymised addresses to 10.0.0.0/8 and fd00::/8.
