Change the color

Hi,

Can I change the colours used for plotting 1) genes and 2) the r^2 of the variants?

For the moment, no; the colours are hard-coded (https://github.com/pgxcentre/region-plot/blob/master/region_plot/cli.py#L174). You could always change them manually.
