Add more fine-grain control: on/off switch and opacity

Hi pgudlach,

Can we please add a switches that individually control turning on/off the printing of certain marker categories? Such that they can be individually be enabled/disabled anywhere in the document (not just beginning)? Also can we add opacity control for individual marker categories? The former is more important than latter. Currently I am doing some textpos overlay based documents, and some overlays hide the markup on the layer below... Just adding the on/off switches will make it usable, feature of opacity will be icing on the cake.

Having global switches as package option would be perfect.
