@lgierth Could we have an instance dedicated to peer-pad?
@VictorBjelkholm not sure if in flux, but I tried using `/dns4/ws-star0.lon.dwebops.pub/tcp/443/wss/p2p-websocket-star` in PeerPad and I couldn't connect.
Running peer-pad from local rendezvous-vous would require injecting some alternative configuration into peer-pad in compile or pre-boot-run-time.

The snapshot bundle only needs to hold the `index.html` and `encrypted-content.js` files. The rest can be a static link to IPFS.
