@lidel yes, PubSub is also a requisite, I didn't realise it wasn't supported. I'll add this to the list of requirements.
@lidel Regarding experimenting with ipfs-fallback, don't you think that it may be a bit soon? Or does companion already support custom p2p protocols and defining your own custom transport?
@lidel I would be ok with initially only supporting Companion in the "js-ipfs-only" mode. I've opened an issue on Companion to discuss this in more depth: https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/ipfs-companion/issues/634
@fritzy I think that using an eventually consistent data structure for storing ACLs could be a shortcut but, as you say, it's not possible to know whether you've caught up...
