Can't install on Windows

Node: 4.2.1 Windows: 10 Visual Studio: 2013 and 2015 installed, Build Tools installed. Python: 2.7 NPM: 3.8.0 Node-gyp: 3.3.1

I tried any options which are assoicated with the build process :/
