Resolved/ Muted shellcheck errors and warnings

I went through most of the shellcheck errors and warnings and tried to resolve them. Some are false alarms so I muted them with a special shellcheck comment.

I'm so sorry I forgot about this PR @samba2 .

It's recently been deprecated as, if I'm correct, there's no more shellcheck issue in bash_unit. So I'll close this one :(
