Diff tool wrongly reports differences in table policies and domains object

Bug description Diff tool detects differences in table policies and domain objects and generates an ALTER POLICY/DOMAIN statement every time you run it.

How to reproduce

  1. Create a table with a simple RLS policy (or domain).
  2. Run the diff tool twice.

Expected behavior Diff tool should not generate useless ALTER POLICY/DOMAIN statements.
