CKEditor & r:tags issue?

Describe the bug Some of the content pages seem to be moving the closing asset tag to the end of the content. This is making the content disappear.

Ex: <r:asset etc>

</r:asset>

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load https://test.trustarts.org/admin/pages/29310/edit
  2. View ckeditor Source
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and see all the r:tags
  4. Try to load the page in Preview and see content is gone
