Support RTL page progression
Summarizing an email chain:
- Lithium doesn't fully support RTL. It renders in the correct order and paginates, but it paginates in the wrong direction.
- To support RTL fully, I'll probably need to:
- Wrap the pagination/gesture calculations to be direction-independent.
- Use RTL pagination if the book requests it.
- Reverse the progress bar.
