[Feature request] Continuous scrolled view

Hi, I'd like to use continuous scrolled view like in this example: http://futurepress.github.io/epub.js/examples/continuous-scrolled.html I don't know how can I use these variables in script.js:

manager: "continuous",
flow: "scrolled",

Any help appreciated! Thanks.

Actually I will change this to feature request... Honestly, I think that it would be great to have this in settings.

This would require changes to the way I handle positioning. I'm not currently working on ePubViewer much, but I'll implement this next time I do a major rewrite/refactor.
