First off, thank you for building this amazing pluging. It just works amazingly well and is easy to set up and configure.

One feature I am still missing with nickel_open is shortcuts to specific setting pages. (More specific for me, Reading settings.) Would you be able to add this?

@pgaskin any progress here? for me personally, ideally i'd love to put all of the options in the "more" menu within nickelmenu and then hide the more menu.
