Tab reload at startup partially broken

Hello guys,

Thanks for implementing the feature I requested (https://github.com/pgadmin-org/pgadmin4/issues/5779). You closed the ticket so fast I was not able to test it, so here is my feedback (tested on pdAgmin 9.10):

• It works on some (few) cases, but not every time. I courantly got the following message in the "messages" tab: No password or public key available!No password or public key available!
• Also, when I got the previously mentionned message, its query tab is readonly and I'm not able to reconnect the tab, even if I'm properly connected to the server (working fine in another tab). Also, I'm not able to connect the tab to any existing or new connexion (the plug button change its color on mouse hover but does nothing on click)

FYI I had to set my ssh password in order to connect to the server
