Settings & Preference not opening after macOS version upgrade

Describe the bug

The Settings & Preference is not working after I update my macOS to Tahoe 26.0.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install macOS Tahoe 26.0 (Latest macOS version)
2. Open the pgadmin
3. Click the gear icon - no feedback
4. From the top pgadmin 4 option, click settings - no feedback

Expected behavior

Settings or Preference view

Error message

No error message just no feedback
