allow changing of text search-and-replace keyboard shortcut

I'd like to be able to change the keyboard shortcut for "find-and-replace" in the query tool from Alt-Ctrl-F to Ctrl-R

Additional context

I looked in File->Preferences->Query Tool->Keyboard Shortcuts, but there are no options to change the shortcuts for find or find-and-replace
