Debugger messages comes in single line

Describe the bug When debugging a function, the messages come in the same line if we press the step into button. If we press the continue/start button, they will come in a new line. Debugging the same function second time in the same session does not work if we press continue/start button the argument dialog pops again.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start debugging a function
2. Click on the step into button (Write some RAISE NOTICE statement)
3. Check the messages tab; they come in the same line.

Expected behavior

Messages should come in separate lines.
