Show overflow indicator in results grid for multi line text
Describe the solution you'd like
If the text in a cell is longer than the column width, the text is truncated and a ... is displayed to indicate the horizontal overflow. If the overflow occurs vertically instead, due to a line break, the overflow is invisible.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Double-click the cell to open its contents in a popup. To do this, you first need to know that there is an overflow.
To further optimise the handling of long text, it would be great to have the ability to increase the height of the lines in the results grid, or a larger dockable panel (like the Scratch Pad) that stays visible next to the results grid and showing the contents of the currently selected cell!

This feature request was inspired by feedback from @sfkeller, who reported this as a problem when teaching SQL to his students.
