Add OSX Builds to Travis CI

After migrating to the new container-based infrastructure (see #408 ) we may also consider to build on Travis CI for OSX: http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/osx-ci-environment/

To all OSX pgRouting users out there! If you are interested in the same quality of support, that Ubuntu and Windows users receive today (ie. continuous integration), please consider to contribute or provide some funding to make it happen.
