PDF english manual: rows out of the sheet

in PDF english manual (PgRouting 2.0 stable) many instruction lines come out from the sheet and are not properly visible, such as on page 27

Thanks for the notice! That's a problem of line breaks, which don't happen automatically in code blocks, so someone had to manually set them.

The manual is generated automatically using Sphinx, and I think our current focus is on HTML output. We just build PDF as well, because it's easy enough. But we didn't review and tweak the PDF version as I do for example for the PDF version of the workshop manual.

Pull requests are welcome, otherwise this will probably have rather low priority and won't be foxed before the next release.
