I suggest making them negative ie. wrong ways have negative value in one way scenarios

What do you mean with "wrong value"? That OSM contributors used wrong attributes? What would be wrong attributes for example? If there are common mistakes, then we could care about them. For everything we don't know we needed to decide, if we want to drop the "oneway" flag or if we want to keep it, right?
